Year 7 Organisation Day Wednesday 29th January 2020

8:45am        *      Assembly with parents in the Large Hall

                      *     Principal’s welcome and Deputy Principals’ welcome

                      *     Year Adviser’s address – M Devlin and L Dellow

                      *     Opportunity for parents to pay fees at the Office

                      *     M Devlin and L Dellow to give information about TRREC

                      *     Allocation of classes – Students are to go with their Period

                            1  teacher.

What to expect in Period 1:

Students will learn about Roll groups, Roll procedures, absences, late arrivals, bell times and uniforms.

Students will be issued timetables and teachers will explain how to read them; ie two week cycle, when classes change for CAPA and Technology; Sport is three periods per cycle – 1 single period and a double period split over lunch.

Students will learn about teacher names, rooms and subject code abbreviations.

What to expect  in Period 2:

Teachers will explain the timetable to students.

11:15 am - 2:50 pm -  Normal Lessons commence for Year 7. 

Period 5

All Year 7 students will be taken to Amphitheatre for a Year Meeting.
