National Sorry Day Wednesday May 26 2021
“National Sorry Day remembers and acknowledges the mistreatment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who were forcibly removed from their families and communities, which we now know as ‘The Stolen Generations'.
Some of our current students have grandparents and great grandparents who are members of “The Stolen Generations”.
National Sorry Day is now a celebration of those affected and their resilience, strength and courage.
