Year 11 Work Studies

As part of the Year 11 Work Studies course, students are studying a variety of units on the workplace and skills for employment.

As part of our study it may be necessary to view sections of media, which may be rated M or MA15+.

During the Workplace Communication unit, students may be viewing the films Up in the Air, The Big Short and Follow Me to study the positive and negative aspects of workplace communication.

During the In the Workplace unit, students may be viewing the film American Factory to gain an understanding of changing global employment practices.

In the Travel unit, students may be viewing the documentaries Jack Whitehall Travels with my Father and Dark Tourist, as well as the film My Travel Buddy to study the various aspects of travel and how to deal with issues resulting from travel.
